The Italian Chef Renato Solprieto shares a favorite italian dessert.


Choccolate Salami, typical Italian dessert ( very good for the holidays )

Ingredients :

  • 100 gr butter
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 250 gr cookies ( crumbled )
  • 50 gr cocoa powder
  • 1 uovo
  • 1 shot of Strega Liquor or Rum

Making it:

  1. Add all the ingredients one at time in a mixing bowl and make a dough
  2. Using a wax or parchment paper, give the shape of a salame to your dough
  3. Let it rest in your refrigerator for 5 hours before to serve it
  4. Use it in the next 3 days max
