  • Pasta Carbonara
  • Serves: 2
  • Ingredients
  • Bacon, Medium Dice………………………………………………………………………………………………4 Oz
  • Onions, Small Dice……………………………………………………………………………………..1/2 Medium
  • Cream………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………3 T
  • Egg Yolk………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….3 Ea
  • Black Pepper…………………………………………………………………………………………………………….1 t
  • Baby Peas (Frozen is Fine)……………………………………………………………………………………..1/4 C
  • Cooked Pasta, Whatever You Like, I Use Spaghetti, Linguini or Fettuccini, cooked, drained and use immediately. Do not cool or rinse………………………………………………………………………………1 ½ Lb
  • Grated Parmesan…………………………………………………………………………………………………..1/4 C
  • Instructions:
  • - Fry the bacon until almost cooked and brown
  • - Add the onion and finish the bacon and onion together for 3-4 minutes
  • - Combine all the ingredients off the heat in a large bowl and toss well to combine. Some of the cream will be absorbed by the pasta and Parmesan in the process
  • - Ready to serve!
