Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Pecan Cheesecake Pie

  • 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ c sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 ¼ c chopped pecans
  • 1 c light corn syrup
  • 9” unbaked pie crust.
  1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, 1 egg, ½ c sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and salt. Cream until smooth. Spread in crust. Place pecans on top of mixture.
  2. In another bowl add corn syrup, 3 eggs, ¼ c sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla mix well. Pour over pecans.
  3. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 50 min. or until set.
