Pulled Pork Sliders With Ghost Chili Slaw

Ghost Chili Apple Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head green cabbage
  • 1 honey crisp apple
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Ghost Chili Apple Haute Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Wash, core and finely chop the cabbage. Wash, core and cut the apple into matchsticks. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, hot sauce, and olive oil. Add the cabbage and apple, toss to coat.

Smoked Habanero Barbeque Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1 cup Smoked Habanero Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 cup LOC (liquid of choice- beer, stock, water, wine)
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Turn the slow cooker on high. Place barbeque sauce and LOC in the slow cooker and stir together. Place the meat into the center and season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over the top. Flip the meat after 2 hours of cooking. Cook for 2 more hours. Shred the pork with 2 forks on a cutting board. Return the pork to the liquid and cook another 30 minutes. Serve on buns and top with slaw for pulled pork sliders.
