Easter Cocktails

Bartender Jon Davidson shares some great Easter Cocktail Recipes.

EXCUSE ME, THERE'S A HARE IN MY DRINK

  • 1 oz New Basin Little Willie's Whiskey
  • 1 oz St. Germain
  • .25 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 muddled Peeps

Muddle Peeps. Add ingredients. Shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a Peep.

ENERGIZER BUNNY

  • 1 oz Eastside Distilling Hue-Hue Coffee Rum
  • 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 2 oz Kafiex Cold Brew Concentrate
  • Prosecco

Build in a champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a chocolate bunny.

PASTEL

  • 1.5 oz Aria Portland Dry Gin
  • .75 oz Chartreuse Liqueur
  • 1 oz Dill mint simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lakewood Organic 100% Lime Juice
  • 1 egg white

Shake, strain and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime.
