Executive Chef Pat Jeung showed Helen how to make a classic Italian Panna Cotta with all the toppings!

Panna Cotta

2 cups whole milk

1 Tbsp. unflavored powdered gelatin

2 cups heavy cream

1/3 cup honey

1 Tbsp organic sugar

1 Tsp salt

2 cups mixed berries of your choice

Place the milk in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the gelatin powder on the top. Let it sit three minutes or longer until softened.

Pour milk mixture into a saucepan and stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the gelatin is dissolved.

Add heavy cream, honey, sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Pour into 6 small ramekins or martini glasses to 1/2 full. Refrigerate until set, about 5 hours.

Mixed Berry Topping:

2 cups mixed berries of your choice

½ cup organic sugar

1/2cup red wine

1 Tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Spoon on top of each panna cotta. Ready to enjoy!
