Nonna's Dutch Baby
- 1/2c milk
- 1/2c all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- Grated nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all in a blender until smooth. Preheat a cast iron skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and wait until melted and bubbling. Add batter, place in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with your favorite fruit, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
