Asian Cabbage Salad

      Three Cabbage Salad with Asian Vinaigrette by Elisha Joyce

      5-6 cups thinly sliced savoy cabbage, red cabbage, and red kale
      2 green onions, diced (including greens)
      1 handful of cilantro, roughly chopped

      Asian Vinaigrette
      1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
      2 TBSP good quality apple cider vinegar
      1 TBSP sesame seed oil
      2 TBSP water
      2 cloves of garlic, diced and mashed
      juice from 1/2 a small lime
      black pepper to taste
      red pepper flakes to taste

      Put all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Mix all vinaigrette ingredients into a separate bowl and lightly whisk to blend flavors. Pour half the vinaigrette over the greens and toss thoroughly. Pour the remainder of the dressing over the greens and toss again. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
