      Oregon Blueberry and Basil Grilled Cheese on Sourdough

      Blueberry Compote:
      Blueberries.4 cups
      Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp.
      Agave2 Tbsp.

      Combine and bring to a boil for 3 min. Strain out excess liquid as needed. Chill until needed

      Sourdough Bread2 slices
      Brie or other cheese Sliced 3oz. or as needed
      Fresh Basil leaves.. 4 or as needed
      Butter.1 oz
      Parmesan, Grated..2 oz.

      Spread Butter on sourdough bread slices. Place cheese on both bread slices. Spread grated parmesan on grill surface and lay bread on cheese and grill until golden brown and crispy and cheese is melted. Top with Blueberry compote and fresh basil leaves and put the slices together. Cut in half to serve.

      Serve warm.
