Restaurant-style Red Salsa

      Restaurant-style Red Salsa from Elisha Joyce

      2 cans diced organic tomatoes
      1 medium onion, peeled and cut into quarters
      4 large garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
      1 handful of fresh cilantro
      1 whole jalapeo, sliced in half
      salt and pepper
      fresh lime juice

      Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until desired consistency.
