Sweet Quinoa Delight

      Sweet Quinoa Delight - 1 serving
      1/2 cup cooked quinoa
      1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
      1/2 chopped fresh banana
      1/2 diced fresh mango
      a drizzle of coconut milk (be sure coconut milk is pure and has no added chemicals, added flavors, or added sweetners)
      sprinkle of unsweetened coconut
      drizzle of honey (if desired)
