Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff shares easy, healthy, recipes with flavor in her new cookbook, Short and Simple Family Recipes. And today she shared her favorite recipe for pumpkin bread.
Amy's show is the longest-running family reality TV show in history with 200+ episodes, an average of 2.1 million viewers per week, and approximately 74 million viewers per year.
As audiences watched, Amy pursued her dream to publish this book. They learned that cooking empowered her to feel like she belonged in the average size world. They were in her kitchen as she tested recipes and worked with the food photographer. And they shared in her excitement as she finally met with Graphic Arts Books (based in Portland, OR.)
Amy's warm personality comes through as she shares personal stories and 75 of her most requested and easy-to-prepare favorites. With recipes from Roast Pork with Spiced Apples to Blueberry Muffins, readers will feel like they've been invited into her kitchen at the Roloff Family farm. Photos in the book depict mouthwatering recipes and treasured family moments. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Amy Roloff Charity Foundation, helping children and families in need.
