- Use it to prepare for activity by loosening up and mobilizing soft tissue
- It can help prepare your body by opening up areas that are tight and creating body symmetry.
- Also can be used to help recovery from a hard workout or injury by breaking up scar tissue . It will increase blood flow to an injured area to help promote healing.\
- It has many of the same benefits of massage, but it's easier to incorporate into a daily routine.
