      Healthy Meals from the Farmer's Market

      Food Blogger Brandie Kajino showed Dave and comedian Doug Benson how assembling some delicious finds from the farmers market will make lunch and dinner easy, with a meditteranean twist. A few fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese and hummus, and you've got a fresh, quick, and healthy meal!

      Items needed:

      hummus
      tomatoes
      cucumbers
      onions
      goat cheese
      lettuce/arugula
      olives
      olive oil
      salt/pepper
      optional: grilled chicken, wraps


      spread hummus on wrap layer tomatoes, cucumbers, onions,lettuce leaves, goat cheese drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt/pepper, za'tar...eat!
