Beef roasts make an excellent holiday tradition and they're not difficult to make. Leif Benson, 2012 Oregon Beef Council Chef of the Year, joined us to share a delicious recipe to make with a beef roast.
There several roasts that are very lean-- Tenderloin roast, sirloin roast and the Top Sirloin boneless petite roast is certified by the American Heart Association as extra Lean.
