1. Manage Your Consumption
A. Master the portion flip (changing what foods you put on your Christmas plate)
B. For MAJOR EVENTS use a MINOR PLATES
C. Control your beverage with the "One - Two Method" .a simple tip and a good question for Helen to ask me
2. Come in "event ready"
A. Have a snack before your party starts
- a handful of baby carrots or almonds and show up to visit.....not to eat! Focus on the people, not the food!
3. Bring things you can make..... and enjoy.
