Man, 32, shot in Longview; suspect flees
LONGVIEW, Wash. -- A 32-year-old man was shot early Friday in Longview, police said.
Longview police were called at about 12:30 a.m. to the 1900 block of 33rd Avenue for a reported shooting. The victim was taken to St. John Hospital, according to a Longview Police Department news release.
His condition Friday afternoon was not available.
Witness reported that an unknown man had fled the area in a gold Chrysler van after firing several shots at the victim.
Police did not give details on the circumstances of the shooting, nor identify the victim.
