Police: Armed suspects rob NE Portland tavern

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police are looking for two men who robbed a Northeast Portland tavern early Monday morning.

Witnesses told police that two men armed with handguns entered Mad Hanna's Tavern, located at 6129 N.E. Fremont St., and demanded money from employees. The robbery occurred around 1:30 a.m., police said.

No one was hurt.

The suspects were last seen heading eastbound on Fremont Street.

The suspects were described as two men in their 20s wearing dark clothes, including some kind of face-cover. One man is 6-feet to 6-foot-3 and weighs about 200 pounds, while the other is 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9 with a thin build.
