A 21-year-old man from California has been charged with DUI after crashing into a Cedar Hills home.

The impact injured two of his passengers.

The crash was reported around 1:30 a.m. Thursday in the 10700 block of SW Walker Road.

"The car was tipped and the back end of the car was up," said Wallace Dimbat, a 91-year-old man who lives in the home the driver crashed into.

Dimbat has lived in the home for more than 60 years. His home is decorated with pictures of his travels across the globe and mementos from each spot.

Thursday morning Dimbat didn't have to go far to see something he'd never seen before: the back of a minivan being held up by the side of his garage.

Dimbat says this is the third time a driver has crashed into his home.

"A foot over and the whole corner of the garage would be gone," Dimbat said of how the damage to his home could have been more significant.

The driver, Ezana Tedros of Manteca, Calif., was arrested for DUI, assault and criminal mischief.

Two of his passengers, a 24-year-old and a 21-year-old were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Dimbat wasn't injured in the crash.
