Kyle Howell, 21, was last seen at his family's home, in the 9500 block of Northeast 5th Street, at 8 a.m.
Police say Howell is known to take long walks. Howell's family told investigators that he usually leaves for several hours, but they became worried when he did not return home by 11 p.m.
Howell is 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds. He has a shaved head with a small bald spot and hazel eyes, police said. He may be wearing a tan Columbia jacket.
