Deputies: 'Porch pirate' stole bathrobe, 36 golf balls from Aloha residence

ALOHA, Ore. – Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies are searching for a “porch pirate” who stole a bathrobe and 36 Titleist brand golf balls from an Aloha residence Monday.

Investigators say the theft occurred around 4 p.m. on Southwest Vincent Street.

The resident said his girlfriend saw the theft occurring through her phone app while she was in the house upstairs.

She screamed at the suspect through the doorbell as the suspect fled.

The sheriff’s office says the bathrobe is worth $50 and the golf balls are worth $56.

The suspect fled in a green Volkswagen convertible.
