Deputies searching for McMinnville man who needs medication

PORTLAND, Ore. - A Search and rescue team is searching the Miller Woods Nature site Tuesday night, looking for a man last seen Sunday.

Peter Kosky, 24, who's from McMinnville, was visiting friends near Miller Woods and was last seen after dark Sunday. Kosky has a history of seizures after he was hit by a car last year.

Sgt. Brian Young with the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office say there is no reason to suspect foul play or suicide. Kosky also doesn't have his seizure medication with him.

Kosky is 6 foot 2 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and a short beard.

He has a facial bruise below his left eye.

He was last seen wearing pajama pants and flip flops. He was not wearing a shirt or coat.

Young said deputies believe Kosky is still at Miller Woods but anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff's office at 503-434-7306.
