Detectives search for Aloha bank robbery suspect

Aloha, Ore. -- On the hunt for a bank robber. Police say a man threatened staff at the U.S. Bank on Southwest Farmington Road on Thursday.

Washington County detectives say the man walked into the bank around 12:43 p.m. and told a teller he had a bomb.

He demanded cash and then ran out of the bank. The teller never saw a bomb and was not hurt.

Several deputies and a K9 searched the area but did not find the man.

The robber's image was caught on the bank's surveillance cameras and detectives hope someone will recognize him and help them track him down.

The man was about 30 years old, 5'6" with a medium build. He had brown hair and was clean shaven.
