Dog stolen from outside downtown Portland cafe
PORTLAND, Ore. —
UPDATE: Roxy, the black lab who was stolen from outside a Downtown Portland cafe, has been returned safe and sound!
Her owner, Sam Buck, tells KATU News that someone left her at an office building last night. A woman working there took Roxy home, and called Sam after connecting her to the missing dog reports.
Sam says he's very relieved and does not want to press charges against whoever took his friend.

Police say Roxy, a 9-year-old black lab, was stolen from outside the Good Earth Cafe in the 1100 block of SW 3rd Avenue near the Justice Center.
She has a gray muzzle and white paws, weighs 70 pounds and was last seen wearing a black collar with pink rhinestones and a 6-foot leash.
Police released a vague description of the individual accused of stealing Roxy; a white person of unknown gender, wearing black clothing with a white design on the front.
