15-year-old with autism returns home safe
UPDATE: Gresham police say 15-year-old Lucas Cole returned home on his own and is safe.
GRESHAM, Ore. – Police are asking for the pubic’s help finding a 15-year-old Gresham boy with autism who hasn’t been seen since Monday, Gresham Police said.
Officers said Lucas Cole was last seen leaving Gresham High School on Monday, however family members say he never made it home.
According to police, he might have been seen on the Springwater Trail on Monday night.
Police say he does not have a cell phone or social media accounts.
Police describe Cole as about 5-foot 9-inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, maroon sweats, black shoes, and a green backpack.
Officials said he doesn't typically use TriMet.
