Keizer Police seek burglary suspect

Keizer Police is asking for the public's hep in locating a suspect wanted for a string of crimes that recently occurred in the city,

Police are looking for 40-year-old John Albert Herriges, a white male who is 5'10" tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. Police say he was last known to reside at 1440 D Street NE in Salem, but is believe to be transient at this time.

He was released from the the Marion County Correctional Facility on October 18, 2017 for similar business burglaries that are not related to the crimes that occurred in Keizer previously.

Investigators say they have probably cause that Herriges committed criminal mischief at the Dutch Bros. on 4915 River Road North on October 12, a burglary in the second degree at Bentley's Coffee on 4435 River Road North on October 14 and a second burglary in the second degree that occurred at the same Dutch Bros. on October 20.

If anyone sees John Albert Herriges or knows of his whereabouts they are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
