Lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, olives, oil and vinegar - and all your cash, please

RALEIGH HILLS, Ore. - A man waited patiently for an employee to make him a sandwich before robbing a Subway in Raleigh Hills on Friday, police said.

Washington County sheriff's deputies were called to the Subway at 10725 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway at 1:40 a.m. on Friday by a 21-year-old clerk sandwich artist who said she'd been robbed.

She said a man came in, ordered a sandwich, walked her through everything he wanted on it, then flashed a weapon and demanded all the money in the register once the sandwich was ready to go.

She gave the man a small amount of cash and he ran away.

Deputies with a K9 searched the area but couldn't find him.

The suspect was described as a very thin light-skinned black male between 16 and 20 years old. He has longer brown and blond streaked hair with brown eyes, and was wearing black-framed glasses, a purple hoodie and blue denim pants.
