One injured in downtown stabbing
PORTLAND, Ore. —
A man was taken to the hospital Friday night after he was stabbed, police said.
The man is expected to survive.
Police were called just after 10 p.m. to just outside The Nines Hotel on Southwest Morrison Street between 5th and 6th avenues.
They said the suspect fled the scene.
Police said the suspect is a white man in his 20s. He’s 6 feet two inches tall, with a slim build and a thin, pale, clean-shaven face. He was wearing all black clothing.
Police said there wasn’t any apparent connection between the victim and the suspect.
