Oregon State Police say they've arrested a 28-year-old Winston man who shot three black tail deer.

The arrest followed a year-and-a-half investigation; troopers served a searched warrant at Barton's home, where they found three sets of trophy black tail buck antlers, along with a center fire rifle.

Barton was cited on three counts of unlawful take/possession of buck deer. Troopers say he killed several deer without any deer tags and was exceeding bag limits.
