Police: Armed man robs T-Mobile store in NE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police are looking for a man who robbed a T-Mobile store at gunpoint and tied up a teen employee in Portland's Lloyd District Tuesday night.

The victim told officers that he was confronted by a man with a handgun outside the store, located at 424 N.E. Broadway. The suspect forced the employee inside the store, where he stole cash and the employee's wallet.

Police said the suspect tied the employee's hands before leaving the store.

Officers searched the neighborhood, but could not find the suspect. He's described as a black man in his late 20s who is 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds. Police said he was wearing dark clothes and armed with a handgun.
