Police arrest 3 people after drug raid in North Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Police Bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) arrested three people after raiding a home in North Portland.

Police served a search warrant at a home in the 9500 block of North Buchanan Avenue on Thursday morning in connection with an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Metro Gang Task Force.

Investigators seized two firearms, counterfeit U.S. currency, and quantities of Oxycontin, cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, ecstasy, and marijuana.

Police arrested 25-year-old Sonny Phosakham, 22-year-old Teng Cha, and 29-year-old Christopher Phomsopha on a variety of drug-related charges.

Police say all three were booked into the Multnomah County Jail and will be arraigned Friday.
