Police arrest DUII suspect after crash injures five family members

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police arrested a Portland man who they said was drunk behind the wheel when he crashed his pickup truck into a van and injured five family members Saturday night.

The crash happened at Southeast 139th Avenue and Stark Street around 10:45 p.m., police said.

Eusiquio Colores-Galindo, 31, was driving a minivan with his wife and three children (ages 1, 3 and 5) during the crash. Medics took them to a hospital. Police said none of their injuries was life-threatening.

Police arrested the pickup truck driver, 46-year-old Alfred Randall, on charges of DUII and assault in the third degree. A passenger in Randall's truck was not hurt, police said.
