Police gang team investigating shots fired at NE Portland apartment

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police said someone fired several shots at an apartment in Northeast Portland early Tuesday morning.

No one was hurt.

The shooting happened just before 1 a.m.

Officers found a bullet hole in a window and several shell casings at the Columbia Ridge Apartments, located at 15916 N.E. Sandy Boulevard.

Police said one occupied apartment was hit by several rounds. No one inside was injured.

Witnesses reported hearing vehicles speed away after the shooting, police said.

The Portland Police Gang Enforcement Team is investigating.

Police have not released any information about a possible suspect.
