Police looking for man suspected of setting fires, vandalizing cars
PORTLAND, Ore. - Police are looking for a man they think set six fires in the Portsmouth neighborhood of North Portland early Saturday morning.
There were a total of six fires set: Two houses, two cars, a recycling bin and an abandoned chair in a parking lot. Police said somebody also through rocks at two cars' windshields.
All the incidents happened in the area of N. Hodge Ave. and Houghton St. to N. Portsmouth Ave. and Lombard St.
Police have surveillance video from one of the homes. They said the suspect is a black man in his 20s with a slender build. He was wearing a red-over-white hoodie and baggy jeans.
