Police: Oregon City man arrested after exposing himself to store clerk
OREGON CITY, Ore. - A Plaid Pantry store clerk called police after a man intentionally exposed his genitals to her at the store where she worked on two separate occasions in the same day.
A man entered the Plaid Pantry at the corner of Leland Rd. and Warner Milne Rd. and showed the woman, who is in her 30s, his genitals. The clerk was able to obtain a license plate and identify the suspect's vehicle after the second encounter, which occurred just before 10 pm.
The clerk called 911. Oregon City police officers arrived at the store, where police obtained a suspect description and were able to identify 51-year-old, Phillip James Flateau.
Police went to Mr. Flateau's residence in Oregon City, where he was arrested for public indecency and booked into the Clackamas County Jail. He remains there with a bail set at $6,250.
