Police say man was lying in roadway before he was struck by driver in SE Portland
PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Police Bureau identified the man who was hit and killed by a driver in Southeast Portland Sunday night.
Police were called to Southeast Stark Street and Southeast 146th Avenue around 8 p.m. for a report of the crash.
They found 40-year-old Enrico Reyes of Portland dead on the roadway.
After investigating, officers believe Reyes was lying on the roadway before he was struck by a driver in a 2014 Honda Accord who was traveling eastbound on Southeast Stark Street.
