PORTLAND, Ore. -- An arrest in Southwest Portland led police to a stash of guns, cash and drugs.
Portland Police arrested Scott Brandon on Tuesday afternoon at Southwest 30th Avenue and Barbur Boulevard as part of a drug investigation. Officers say he had heroin and $1,500 in cash.
Police officers then went to his apartment on the 8900 block of Southwest 30th Avenue. They found heroin, meth, $500 and five guns.
A woman in the house, 21-year-old Samantha Rastatter, was also arrested. She's charged with Delivery and Possession of Heroin, and Delivery and Possession of Cocaine.
Brandon is charged with Delivery, Manufacturing and Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
