PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Police Gang Enforcement Team is investigating two separate shootings that happened Saturday night.
The first shooting occurred at 7:10 p.m. in the 12700 block of Southeast Stark Street, police said.
Witnesses told police they heard several shots and two vehicles leaving the area. Officers found evidence of gunfire. They believe people in the two vehicles were shooting at each other.
Police said no victims were found.
At around 9:50 p.m., police responded to another report of a shooting near Northeast 6th Avenue and Davis Street. Witnesses reported several shots and hearing two vehicles speeding away.
No victims were found, and none arrived at area hospitals, police said. Officers found evidence of gunfire near the scene.
