So far, Oregon's pot tourism industry is a bust

When Oregon legalized recreation marijuana, people imagined all the money the budding industry would bring to the state.

Local businesses readied themselves for a flood of pot tourists from states without legalized weed.

While marijuana sales to local people have been strong, pot tourists - and their dollars - are not flocking to Oregon. Instead, they're traveling to Colorado.
