Suspect ID'd in stabbing aboard MAX train in Portland
PORTLAND, Ore. —
Portland Police say they've arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with a stabbing aboard a MAX train Tuesday evening.
The stabbing occurred aboard a northbound Green Line train as it arrived at the Division Street Transit Station. Police say one person was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries from what appear to be stab wounds.
James Stanley, 25, was arrested shortly after in connection with the stabbing while he was aboard a bus near SE Division and 82nd Avenue.
He's facing assault charges.
