Teen killed in Vancouver crash, younger brother in critical condition
VANCOUVER, Wash. —
Vancouver Police say a 17-year-old boy was killed in a crash Wednesday night, and his younger brother was hospitalized in critical condition.
Police say the driver crashed into a tree at Mill Plain Boulevard and SE 164th Avenue. The car had "Student Driver" sticker on the back.
The 17-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene and his 15-year-old brother was hospitalized in critical condition.
