PORTLAND, Ore. -- A woman came home to her Southeast Portland home to find a stranger pleasuring himself in her bedroom, police said.
Police were called just after 1:30 p.m. to the home in the 2500 block of Southeast Pine Street. The man fled, but officers canvassed the area looking for him.
With help from a police tracking dog, the man was found hiding in a yard in the neighborhood.
The suspect, identified as 47-year-old Charles Phillip Wilson, was booked in the Multnomah County Jail on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and private indecency.
