Charge: Woman shot man in head for performing oral sex wrong
EVERETT, Wash. - Authorities say a Mount Vernon woman working as an escort told police she shot a man in the back of the head because he was performing oral sex wrong.
The Daily Herald reports that 21-year-old Marissa Elizabeth Wallen of Mount Vernon was charged Friday with first-degree assault and first-degree robbery in Snohomish County Superior Court.
Prosecutors say Wallen shot the 36-year-old Everett man on Oct. 21 and took his wallet, spending $12,000 using his credit cards in Skagit County in the days after the shooting.
The victim's employer called police the morning of Oct. 24, concerned that the victim had uncharacteristically not logged on for work that day, according to Everett police. His mother also called 911 with concerns.
Officers found no signs of forced entry at his home and no one answered the front door. An officer checked the inside of the house and found the man sitting up against a wall in the master bedroom with dried blood on his head. He was awake, but unable to speak, according to the incident report.
Medics took him to Providence Medical Center in Everett, where a CT scan revealed he had two bullets inside of his brain.
Authorities say Wallen had visited the man nearly a half dozen times in the month leading up to the shooting.
