Phone company says man on the hook for $20,000 in fraud charges
Statement from Integra:
"Toll fraud is an issue our industry is dealing with aggressively, and it's important for viewers to be aware as it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to keep their phone systems secure. In keeping with its policies, Integra has issued a partial credit to assist the customer with the unfortunate incident they experienced. We have made multiple attempts to seek resolution with regard to this customer and will continue our work to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion."
