Pasta brise' ( rustic cake)

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 100 grams Exvoo
  • 100 grams cold water
  1. Mix all together making a dough
  2. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  3. Use a roller stretch the dough
  4. Stuff it with whatever you wish
  5. Put in the oven (350 ) for 25 minutes circa
