Fathead Pizza “Dough”

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F

1.Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 30 seconds.

2.Add almond, egg, garlic, and salt. Mix well

3.Pour dough onto parchment paper and roll to desired thickness. Poke holes throughout with a fork. Place parchment and dough onto a baking sheet.

4.Place in oven and bake for 8 minutes. Poke any large air pockets then bake another 4 minutes until lightly golden brown.

5.Remove from the oven. Top with 5 minute marinara sauce*, mozzarella cheese and desired pizza topping and bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven, slice and serve
