THE HOPPY CARROT

1.5 oz Ecliptic Flamingo Planet Guava Blonde Ale

1.5 oz Columbia Gorge Organics Carrot Juice

.5 oz Bull Run Regnig Dag Aquavit

.5 oz simple syrup

Dash The Bitter Housewife Lime Coriander Bitters

Serve up in a champagne flute. Garnish with a carrot.

HONEY BUNNY

.75 oz James Oliver American Whiskey

.75 oz Vinn Honey Baijiu

.5 oz Monarch Dark Creme de Cacao

.5 oz Benedictine

Teaspoon of Glory Bee Organic Raw Honey

Shake, strain and serve in the decapitated body of a chocolate Easter bunny.

THE MIDDLE EASTER

1 oz Trail Distilling Trillium Gin

.25 oz Oregon Arak

.75 Heritage Lavender Vodka

1 oz lavender simple syrup

.5 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice

Shake and serve up in a coupe glass. Garnish with dried lavender flowers.
