THAT HARVEST THOUGH
- 1.25 oz Bull Run Maple Whiskey
- .25 oz Melt Organic Butter
- .5 tsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Cornmeal
- 2 oz Genesis Organic Pacific Northwest Apple Juice
- .75 oz clove simple syrup
Shake and fine mesh strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice and a maple leaf.
- 1.5 oz Trail First City Rum
- .5 oz Portland Bloody Mary Mix
- 2 oz tomato juice
- .75 SOM Thai Basil Cane Vinegar Cordial
- .25 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
- Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar
- Dave's Killer 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Shake and serve in a glass bowl. Garnish with a mini grilled cheese sandwich, grape tomato, and basil leaf.

- .75 oz Stone Barn Brandyworks Comice Pear Brandy
- 1.5 oz Portland Syrups Autumn Spice
- .5 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Lakewood Organic Tart Cherry Juice
