THAT HARVEST THOUGH

  • 1.25 oz Bull Run Maple Whiskey
  • .25 oz Melt Organic Butter
  • .5 tsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Cornmeal
  • 2 oz Genesis Organic Pacific Northwest Apple Juice
  • .75 oz clove simple syrup

Shake and fine mesh strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice and a maple leaf.

COMFORT FOOD

  • 1.5 oz Trail First City Rum
  • .5 oz Portland Bloody Mary Mix
  • 2 oz tomato juice
  • .75 SOM Thai Basil Cane Vinegar Cordial
  • .25 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
  • Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar
  • Dave's Killer 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Shake and serve in a glass bowl. Garnish with a mini grilled cheese sandwich, grape tomato, and basil leaf.

TOMFALLERY

  • 1 oz New Deal Old Tom Gin
  • .75 oz Stone Barn Brandyworks Comice Pear Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Portland Syrups Autumn Spice
  • .5 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Lakewood Organic Tart Cherry Juice
  • Splash soda

Build and serve on the rocks in a Mason jar. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
