THE MELTING POT

  • .5 oz Vivacity P'isqu
  • .5 oz Bull Run Regnig Dag Aquavit
  • .5 oz Cascade Street Broken Top Bourbon
  • .5 oz Vinn Honey Baijiu
  • 1 oz cumin simple syrup
  • .5 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz LaCroix Lime Sparkling Water

Dash The Bitter Housewife Cardamom Bitters

Build and serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

AMERICA THE BLUETIFUL

  • 1.5 oz Vivacity Banker's Gin
  • .75 oz Divine Summer in Oregon Amaro with Butterfly Pea
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Clean Line Mango Hard Seltzer
  • .25 oz Blure Butterfly Pea Extract
  • .25 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Build and serve in a Mason jar. Garnish with fresh blueberries. Add lemon juice and baking soda for color changes.

STARS AND STRIPES

  • 1.5 oz Redneck Riviera Whiskey
  • 1.5 oz Suja Watermelon Juice
  • 1 oz Brew Dr. Watermelon Kombucha
  • 1/2 tsp star anise powder
  • .25 oz Santa Cruz Organic Lime Juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup

Shake and serve in a bucket over a large rock. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a whole star anise pod.
