Linguine with Clams:
- 1 pound fresh clams
- 350 grams of pasta (linguine)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- 5-7 cherry tomatoes
- salt to taste (you wont need much because clams are salty
How to make it:
Sautee garlic and parsley, add the clams and cover the pan. Let them steam until they are all open (the ones that are not open, do not eat), halfway though add a glass of white wine and a few cherry tomatoes that are cut in half.
Cook the pasta in a big pot with plenty of water and a half of a palm full of rock salt. Strain the pasta and add to the pan of clams, toss and serve. Buon Appetito!
